Blue Wave Jiu-Jitsu was founded in Nashua New Hampshire in 2021 by a husband and wife with the goal of creating a family like atmosphere where individuals can learn and improve on their Jiu-Jitsu, while also achieving any and all fitness goals. BJJ provides a full body workout and teaches you to defend yourself against opponents bigger than you. Jimmy and Dasha are also both avid competitors and are always striving to relay the most modern of techniques to their students, creating an extremely passionate driven learning environment for their students.
