Our Method
Our method consists of four parts that all work together to accomplish the goal of becoming the best version of yourself inside and outside the gym.
Philosophy - having over two decades of experience in the sport, our instructors will introduce you to the principles of Jiu-Jitsu, the techniques, and what it means to be a Martial Artist.
Study- we encourage students to educate themselves on all levels of BJJ. By having an understanding of and ability to apply the Martial Art, students will also develop their self-defense capabilities.
Competition- the academy encourages students to immerse themselves in a competitive environment to allow them to push their limits and boundaries. With competing, students develop a variety of skills that help them in their Jiu-Jitsu journey, such as, resilience, tenacity, and a NEVER QUIT attitude.
Family - at our academy we treat each student as family. We build our team on encouraging one another, guiding one another, and always working as a team. Although Jiu-Jitsu can feel like a single player sport, it takes a village to make that single player what they are.
